Before Genuine Dermaroller 

Dr Blakely’s patient, whose course of treatments started back in October 2009, writes: “The sensation is a slight stinging feeling followed by warmth where my skin is naturally beginning to mend itself Immediately after the treatment my skin looked very pink and I looked as if I had just been for a workout at the gym. Dr Blakely said: “We’re a new clinic and we do like to test our products and services before we offer them to our clients so we can be confident of their high quality.  With our case study, we wanted to know and be able to demonstrate how red you go and what it feels like, because that’s what our patients or potential patients will want to know. We needed to be clear about what it is like and what the downtime is – we couldn’t tell people that they would be fine to go back into the office if in reality they would be as red as a beetroot. So we detailed it as a diary.” “The case study had a few pock marks from acne scarring, and stretch marks on her breasts which weren’t bad, but she knew they were there and so did I. Now they have all disappeared.”

Genuine Dermaroller^™ Therapy^™ from AesthetiCare^® was exhibited and featured at the medical aesthetic conference FACE 2010 held at the Royal College of Physicians in Regents Park, London, at the weekend. The whole event was fantastic, and we got to catch up with lots of our practitioners which is always nice! One particular highlight for us this year was listening to one of Bollywood’s leading Cosmetic Dermatologists - Dr Jaishree Sharad - talking on micro-medical skin-needing for Asian Skins and giving a live Genuine Dermaroller^™ demonstration. We caught up with Dr Sharad – Vice President of the Cosmetic Dermatology Society of India and Medical Director at Skinfiniti Clinic in Mumbai – after the event to talk about Genuine Dermaroller^™. We are delighted to hear how much she loves it!

Dr Sharad said: “Genuine Dermaroller^™ is a simple yet very effective anti ageing treatment that is excellent for acne scarring too, and for me, working in Mumbai, it’s a must because it is particularly safe in Asian skin where post inflammatory hyperpigmentation is such a common issue. We’ve been having so much fantastic feedback recently from our practitioners, as well as our clients, that we thought we’d take a minute to shout about it.  

We recently caught up with Dr Tracy Mountford from the Cosmetic Skin Clinic in Buckinghamshire.
